Terms & studio rules
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once the date, studio, hours and rate are agreed in writing. Arrival details are shared with confirmed guests.
Hours and overtime
Your booked time includes set-up and pack-down. Overtime is billed in additional hours and is subject to availability.
Care of the space
Furniture may be moved within reason and should be returned as found. Any damage to the space, furniture or equipment is the responsibility of the person who made the booking.
Load-in and equipment
Freight access is available. Please tell us about oversized equipment in advance so we can arrange access.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking. Contact us about a specific date and we will confirm the terms that apply.
