These Terms & Conditions govern use of https://leitnerstudios.la and the reservation of any Leitner Studios space in Los Angeles, California. By booking a studio you accept these terms, the Studio Rental Agreement, the Cancellation Policy and the house rules on behalf of yourself and everyone in your party.

Begin your reservation at least two hours before the studio start time. The slot is held during the original payment window, which cannot be extended by refreshing. Payment may finish inside two hours before the start while that hold remains valid. Your booking is confirmed only after full upfront payment is verified. Your reserved time includes set-up and pack-down.

We may decline or cancel a booking that conflicts with an existing reservation, building access, or the permitted use of the space. If we cancel for a reason within our control, you are refunded in full.

Rates are shown per hour with the studio's minimum booking time. The equipment, furniture and amenities listed with each studio are included in the rate.

Costs that can still apply are listed openly: Overtime and late departures, billed in full hours. Actual damage, missing or broken equipment. Extraordinary cleaning or excessive mess beyond normal use. Cyc wall damage requiring repair or repainting, where applicable. Consumables, special requests and anything agreed in writing before your booking.

Payment is processed by our payment provider on their secure infrastructure. Leitner Studios never receives or stores complete card details.

There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or automatic renewals.

No smoking, no open flame, no confetti, no glitter.

Leave the room the way you found it. Move furniture back before wrap.

Load in and out inside your booked hours. Overtime is billed per hour.

Music at a level that respects the rest of the building.

The person who books is responsible for their whole party: crew, talent, clients and guests.

Damage to furniture, backdrops or equipment is charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.

Full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled start.

50% refund when you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled start.

No refund at or after your scheduled start, or for a no-show.

100% payment is required upfront. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is verified.

The Leitner Studios name, logo, photography and written content on this website belong to Leitner Studios and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leitner Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or a studio. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under California law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the courts of Los Angeles County have jurisdiction over any dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
