Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here is exactly what happens when they do: the same terms you see before you pay.
Cancelling and rescheduling
Full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled start.
50% refund when you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled start.
No refund at or after your scheduled start, or for a no-show.
100% payment is required upfront. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is verified.
A booking can be moved once, subject to availability.
Write to info@leitnerstudiosla.com with your booking number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If we cancel a booking for a reason within our control, you are refunded in full.
Costs that can still apply
Overtime and late departures, billed in full hours.
Actual damage, missing or broken equipment.
Extraordinary cleaning or excessive mess beyond normal use.
Cyc wall damage requiring repair or repainting, where applicable.
Consumables, special requests and anything agreed in writing before your booking.
If we have to cancel
If we cancel a booking for a reason within our control, you are refunded in full. If a booking cannot go ahead because of something outside anyone's control (building closure, power failure, a public emergency), we will reschedule it or refund it.
How to cancel or move a booking
Email info@leitnerstudiosla.com with your booking date and studio. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.
