Booking and enquiry information: your name, email address, phone number, company or brand, guest count, the date and hours you request, any notes you send us and the details of your production or event.

Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation, the amount and a payment reference. Never your full card number.

Website information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited and cookies needed for the site and booking flow to work.

To answer your enquiry, take and confirm your booking, prepare the studio, contact you about your visit, process payment and refunds, keep accounting and legal records and record your acceptance of the rental terms.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Our hosting and database provider, our payment provider (payment processing) and the calendar service we use to manage studio availability. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Booking records, terms acceptance and correspondence are kept for as long as needed for our records and for legal, tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask a question about how we handle it, by writing to info@leitnerstudiosla.com. We will respond within the time applicable law allows and will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have rights to access, delete and correct your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of it and to limit the use of sensitive information. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not collect sensitive personal information for those purposes.

The website is served over HTTPS. Payments run on our provider's secure hosted infrastructure and complete card details are never stored in our database.

The website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
