A sculptural bouclé sofa against the concrete.

Industrial windows and polished concrete. The light moves through the day.

Event capacity depends on the format and layout. Contact us with your plans and headcount before booking.
Discuss your plans- No smoking, no open flame, no confetti, no glitter.
- Leave the room the way you found it. Move furniture back before wrap.
- Load in and out inside your booked hours. Overtime is billed per hour.
- Music at a level that respects the rest of the building.
- The person who books is responsible for their whole party: crew, talent, clients and guests.
- Damage to furniture, backdrops or equipment is charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
What can still cost extra: Overtime and late departures, billed in full hours. Actual damage, missing or broken equipment. Extraordinary cleaning or excessive mess beyond normal use. Cyc wall damage requiring repair or repainting, where applicable. Consumables, special requests and anything agreed in writing before your booking.

- Three passenger elevators.
- Dedicated freight elevator.
- Paid parking in the building.
- Additional paid parking about two minutes away.
- Confirm freight access and elevator timing for your load-in before arrival.
- Fresh cyc paint is optional. Ask about a fresh cyc before booking.
- Event capacity depends on the layout and format. Contact us with your plans and headcount.
- Full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled start.
- 50% refund when you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled start.
- No refund at or after your scheduled start, or for a no-show.
- 100% payment is required upfront. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is verified.
