House rules
Short and the same rules we hold ourselves to. Everything listed with your studio is yours to use for the hours you booked.
In the studio
No smoking, no open flame, no confetti, no glitter.
Music at a level that respects the rest of the building.
The person who books is responsible for their whole party — crew, talent, clients and guests.
What is included
We do things differently. No equipment add-on fees. No standard cleaning fee. The equipment and amenities available in your studio are there for you to use.
Each studio page lists the equipment and amenities in that particular room. Anything not listed there is not part of the booking unless it is agreed in writing beforehand.
Charges that can still apply
Normal, careful use of the space is expected and never charged extra. These are the exceptions, named openly rather than buried:
Overtime and late departures, billed in full hours.
Actual damage, missing or broken equipment.
Extraordinary cleaning or excessive mess beyond normal use.
Cyc wall damage requiring repair or repainting, where applicable.
Consumables, special requests and anything agreed in writing before your booking.
Unauthorised use of the space, breaking the house rules, or bringing in activities that were not disclosed when booking may also end the session and carry a charge.
Damage and missing equipment
Damage to furniture, backdrops or equipment is charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Cyc wall damage requiring repair or repainting is charged where applicable.
Overtime
Late finishes are billed in full hours at the studio's overtime rate.
Load in and out inside your booked hours.
Cleaning
No standard cleaning fee. Leave the room the way you found it and move furniture back before wrap.
Extraordinary cleaning or excessive mess beyond normal use can be charged.
Questions before you book
Write to info@leitnerstudiosla.com. We would always rather answer first than charge afterwards.
